Rice flour -2 cups
Oil for deep frying
Ghee – 3 tsp
Salt for taste
FOR PREPARATION OF MUNDRI MURUKKU
1. Soak cashnewnut in water for half hrs.
2.In a mixie or blender add soak cashnewnut,add little water[3 tsp]and grind like fine paste.
3.In a mixing bowl, add rice flour ,ghee,cashnewnut paste,salt,mix well and make soft dough.
METHODS OF MUNDRI MURUKKU
1.Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
2.Take a handful of dough and place this in a murukku maker.
3.Drop in the hot oil and cook it in a medium flame until come golden colour.
4.when it is cool and stored it in a airtight container .
